Buckeye Bridge Properties LLC is a privately held, family-owned real estate investment company focused exclusively on the greater Cleveland, Ohio metro area. We acquire, renovate when needed, and hold single-family residential properties for the long term.
Our focus areas — Garfield Heights, Maple Heights, Euclid, Cleveland Heights, South Euclid, and Warrensville Heights — are working-class communities with solid rental demand and a consistent need for quality, affordable housing. We believe in these neighborhoods and invest accordingly.
